I have had a few people asking about the practicalities of tomorrow evening. On a logistical front we seem to have the bases covered. But to be honest, this is the first time in a long time I have personally organised a gathering like this, so I am sure that we will be a bit rough and ready. Ha Ha!
We are going to open the building at 4:00pm to start setting things up, so if you want to come and offer a hand, please feel more than welcome to do so! Maybe you just want to come and have some preliminary prayer, please feel even MORE welcome to do so!
We of course want EVERYONE to be open and welcoming towards one another - I don't think there will be any problem there, but if you want to be at the door to welcome people and make sure no-one feels like a stranger - fantastic! Please jump right in!
We have organised some tea and coffee for afterwards, so if you simply want to serve by helping on that front, it would also be greatly appreciated.
I am sure that there will be other things that will need doing also and if I don't get to thank you tomorrow night, let me express now my appreciation for all the help we have received and will receive from all of you.
